Mustang handling gone sloppy - any suspension specialists near Umm Suqeim?
#1
So my 2018 Mustang GT has started feeling really vague and floaty at the front end, especially when I'm pushing it through the twisty bits or even just changing lanes at highway speeds, and it's honestly starting to knock my confidence in the car which is a shame because I absolutely love driving it normally. I've checked the tyre pressures and they're spot on, so I'm pretty sure it's something suspension related like worn bushes or maybe even a ball joint that's on its way out. The thing is I've been reading up on it and it seems like Mustangs can be a bit particular when it comes to suspension geometry and alignment, and if you take it to a place that doesn't really understand these cars you can end up with all sorts of handling issues that just get worse over time. I'm based around the Umm Suqeim area so I'm hoping there's somewhere nearby that actually knows what they're doing with these American cars rather than just treating it like any other vehicle. I've heard there's an Expert Mustang suspension garage in Umm Suqeim that apparently specialises in performance cars and understands the intricacies of the S550 platform, but I can't seem to find any proper reviews or firsthand experiences from other Mustang owners. Has anyone here actually used them or know somewhere else in the area that's good with Mustangs? I'm really keen to get this sorted before it turns into a bigger problem because I've got a track day coming up in a few months and I want the car feeling sharp again.
